Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 14-day return policy. Simply return your items for refund or exchange with delivery to us within 14 days from the date you receive them. All returned items must be in their original condition with all original packaging materials and all tags attached. Please include a copy of your original invoice or your order number. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we can not be held responsible for lost packages.

To comply with health regulations, we will not accept any returns of garments that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered. As lingerie is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: bras, panties, thongs, and hosiery.

Returned items received by us after the 14-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with this policy as deterimined by us will be shipped back at the customer's expense.

Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
